【Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on September 17, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 27, 2014, and the execution of the sentence was completed on December 31, 2014.

1. Crimes committed by F and G-related Defendants
A. Defendant A’s sole crime approach as if he were to find employment with F (F, 19 years of age) and G (W, 18 years of age) who is a intellectual disabled person known through online games, and sold a mobile phone under the name of the Defendant’s cellular phone opening, or allowed the Defendant to get a loan while going through the Internet game, etc., with a view to gaining profits by using it.
1) On February 24, 2017, the Defendant related to the purchase of a mobile phone, who was involved in the purchase of a mobile phone, paid the Defendant the charge to F in his/her own name at an agency of the victim Scom Telecom located near Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul around February 24, 2017.
