A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

One day of detention before this judgment is rendered shall be included in the above sentence.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was called as public interest service personnel on September 6, 2012 and from October 2012, the defendant is a person who has performed the duty of regulating bus exclusive lanes and regulating illegal stopping from the transportation guidance department of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office from around October 2012.

On April 26, 2013, May 8, 2013, May 2013, 2013; May 9, 2013; and July 11, 2013; July 12, 2013; and July 12, 2013; and on August 27, 2013, the Defendant, without justifiable grounds, retired from service for a total of at least eight days on the ground that he/she fails to work in the transport guidance and office of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Government Office for a period of at least eight days.
