A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

700,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and on May 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of each of the above punishment on January 17, 2015.

1. On May 25, 2015, the Defendant offered good offices for the purchase and sale of a part-time camera (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) who is a medicine of a psychotropic spirit, at around May 25, 2015, upon receipt of a request from a man-person E in front of the D Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City at around May 25, 2015, the Defendant attempted to receive money at the last time, and then arranged to sell and purchase a part-time phone between the nameless and E, using one philopon from a person in an irregular name to receive 0.35 grams.

3. On January 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting the philophones into a single-use philophones at the Defendant’s residence located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City H, and dilutioning them into the water, and taking the philophones into the body.
