Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the farm road in Gwangju City, and since about 20 years ago, the above farm road was used as the only large-scale trucking vehicle traffic for D, E, F, G, and H, a neighboring corporation, and around 206, he completed cement packaging with the help of the I Eup office in order to use the above farm road as a road.

At around 07:00 on May 1, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of land-based on the following grounds: (a) around 07:00, the Defendant: (b) he: (c) laid up the farm road with the width of 4.1m wide so that the said farm road may not pass along the cargo due to its own possession; and (d) he laid up the stone with the height of 2.1m wide and 1.5m high; (b) thereby, he could not pass the 20 tons truck.
