Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the “C” site (D, E, etc.) operated by B, etc. as an employee of this Empt. (Detention on July 25, 16).

After that, the Defendant visited the site using a mobile phone, computer, etc., and then saw the result of the “private bridge game” in the way of receiving dividends from domestic and foreign sports games, such as a mobile phone or a computer, and putting off the cyber money equivalent to KRW 5,00 through KRW 1,000,000, or 1,000 in accordance with the actual game (game) or went through gambling in the way of getting off the cyber money refunded according to the fixed dividend rate.
