A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 17, 2013, the Defendant insultingd the victim, who was granted ice to the victim C on the part of his superior captain, on the ground that he was unable to conduct food training at a franchisium located in the franchisium of the 359 bransium of the 609 bransium, and was the victim, who was given ice care from his superior captain C on the ground that he was unable to conduct food training at the fransium of the 11:30 on the 17th 17th 2013.

2. On October 23, 2013, the Defendant was an injury or disease belonging to the Korean War Veterans 359 World War Veterans 3, and was subject to training at the 96 World War Veterans 17:0 on October 23, 2013 at the 17:00 Sincheon-gun New Documents.

The Defendant: (a) expressed the desire of the Defendant from the victim E, who is his superior or noncommissioned officer, for the reason that the Defendant would not comply with the control during the training process; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “scam” in the front of the victim; and (c) the victim, who was followed by the Plaintiff, who interested the Defendant’s oxygen at one time, in his hand, in the front of the victim, thereby insulting the victim “fluort fluor fluor fluor fluor fluor.”
