A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From January 31, 2015 to around 23:30 on the following day, the Defendant: (a) stolen cruital crus worth worth KRW 10,000 at the market price of the victim E-owned in front of D located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) stolen cruital crus.

2. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded with G restaurants located in G restaurants located in G restaurants located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) caused a theft of KRW 150,000 at the market price, which is the victim H owned by the Defendant; and (c) caused a theft of KRW 150,00 at the KRW 150,000.

On February 2, 2015, from around 01:57 to 02:02, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the locks of the above restaurant, which was held by J restaurant located in Suwon-si I; and (b) stolen the total amount of KRW 49,00,00 in cash at the market price owned by the victim K, which was kept in custody in the safe; (c) KRW 8,000, KRW 20,000, KRW 50 in cash at the market price, KRW 18,000 in the market price, and KRW 3,00 in the market price.

4. Around 20:40 on February 4, 2015, the Defendant entered the said house through the gate and the entrance in which the said victim did not live in the said house. On the other hand, the Defendant stolen the property equivalent to KRW 130,000 in total amount of KRW 20,000,000, the market price of which is the victim’s own 35,000.

5. At around 01:40 on January 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened the locks strings of the said brings, and entered the said brings, and stolen the property totaling KRW 41,800 in the market price by inserting 9 bottles, beer 2 bottles, beer 1kgs, citrus, etc. located therein.

6. On January 29, 2015, the Defendant is at a “R” restaurant operated by the victim Q Q in Suwon-si P, Suwon-si around 00:10.
