1. Defendant A
A. On May 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a DK5 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.118% from the section of approximately 3.9km to the front road of the apartment complex, the Changdong-dong, Changdong-dong, Seoul, which is located in the Changdong-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul, Seoul, around 06:00 on May 29, 2015, under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.118%.
