1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 18,370,310 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 24, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On August 18, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a shop contract, and the Plaintiff entered into an agreement to manage and operate the store as the shop shop in B, and to pay the settlement amount after deducting 24% of sales commission and royalties (50,000 won per month) from monthly sales.

B. From September 1, 2015, the Plaintiff operated the above store and the sales amount of the store was KRW 6,545,90 for September 6, 2015, KRW 6,959,80 for October 6, 195, KRW 81,50 for November 6, 811, and KRW 6,749,00 for December 6, 201.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the sales commission of KRW 24% and the royalty of KRW 2,200,000, out of the total sales commission for the period of four months, after deducting the royalty of KRW 18,370,310, and delay damages therefrom.
