1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall pay KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 18% per annum from July 8, 2008 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On May 8, 2008, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 50 million to Defendant B by setting the interest rate of KRW 1.5% per month and by May 8, 2009.
B. On August 18, 2008, the Plaintiff leased KRW 20 million to Defendant C by setting the interest rate of KRW 20 million per month and due date of November 18, 2008.
C. The Plaintiff received each two-month interest from the Defendants.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, Defendant B is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest rate of KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 18% per annum from July 8, 2008 to the date of full payment, and Defendant C is obligated to pay the interest rate of KRW 20,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from October 18, 2008 to the date of full payment.
3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and each of them is accepted.
