1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a licensed real estate agent operating real estate brokerage business under the trade name of D Licensed Real Estate Agent in Seo-gu Gwangju, Seo-gu.

B. The Plaintiff and E, around 2018, purchased the land outside the Seo-gu G (hereinafter “H-dong”) from the owners of the land outside the Seo-gu G (hereinafter “H-dong”) by the F (hereinafter “F”) as a broker for the sales contract.

C. F is difficult to promote apartment construction projects, which was planned only after completing the registration of ownership transfer on part of H-dong land, and F tried to sell the H-dong land purchased as above to a third party.

On February 25, 2019, F drafted a sales contract with regard to a limited liability company I (hereinafter referred to as “I”) and Hdong land of KRW 3,500,000,000.

At the time, the above sales contract was entered into without the broker, stating that the contract was concluded between the seller and the buyer by mutual agreement.

After that, February 28, 2019, I established the defendant company.

E. Meanwhile, a sales contract was prepared between the original owner of each land and the Defendant with respect to a part of H-dong land for which the F had not completed the registration of ownership transfer from the original owner (However, the 7,932/7,932 shares in G, the original owner of which is the J as the buyer is the buyer) and the registration of ownership transfer was completed from the original owner based on the above sales contract on March 3, 2019 to April 4, 2019.
