Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a licensed real estate agent operating real estate brokerage business under the trade name of D Licensed Real Estate Agent in Seo-gu Gwangju, Seo-gu.

B. The Plaintiff and E, around 2018, purchased the land outside the Seo-gu G (hereinafter “H-dong”) from the owners of the land outside the Seo-gu G (hereinafter “H-dong”) by the F (hereinafter “F”) as a broker for the sales contract.
