Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On October 29, 192, the Plaintiff acquired Class 2 ordinary drivers' licenses, and Class 1 ordinary drivers' licenses on November 19, 192, and on April 27, 1994, each of the above drivers' licenses was revoked on the grounds of drinking driving.

Since then, the plaintiff acquired the Class II ordinary driver's license on October 13, 1995 and the Class I ordinary driver's license on December 13, 1995, respectively, and operated a private taxi after obtaining a private taxi transport business license on October 14, 2008.

B. A.
