1. The Defendants jointly pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,019,178 and KRW 50,000 among them, from July 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. The facts stated in the separate sheet of claim against Defendant B do not conflict between the parties.
As the principal obligor, Defendant B is liable to pay the Plaintiff the interest on the loan amounting to KRW 50,019,178, and the interest on delay calculated by the rate of 24% per annum from July 30, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the agreed interest rate of KRW 50,019,178, and the borrowed principal.
2. Claim against Defendant C
(a)as shown in the reasons for the attachment of the claim;
(b) Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted. It is so decided as per Disposition.
