1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance concerning this case is that the court of first instance, which cited the second part of the second part of the judgment of the court of first instance, shall be written as “service”; the fourth part of the first part “this court” in the fourth part shall be written as “the first part of the court of first instance”; and on the fourth part, the part of the “decision” in the fifth to sixth part below shall be written as “(d)” in the second part of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the entry, is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance; therefore, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with Article 8(

D. 1) Article 6(2) of the Act on Support for Persons Eligible for Veteran’s Compensation provides that Articles 6-3 through 6-5 of the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State (hereinafter “Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, etc.”) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the types of physical examinations, the validity of the determination of disability ratings, and the additional recognition of disability ratings for persons, etc. of distinguished services to the State under Article 2(1)2 of the same Act, and Article 6-4 of the Act on the Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State shall be classified into Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 according to the degree of disability, and necessary matters
(3) Article 14 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Persons of Distinguished Service to the State who has been so delegated stipulates that the classification of disability ratings according to the degree of physical disability is as shown in [Attachment Table 3] (Article 3). Paragraph (2) provides that matters concerning the method of determining physical disability and the method of measuring physical disability disorder shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister (Article 2). In the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Persons of Distinguished Service to the State [Attachment Table 3] provides that "any person who has a disability in the Do-do-level functional disorder in one of the three sections of one bridge among the three sections of the Act on Persons of Distinguished Service to the State" shall be defined as Grade 78122, and Article 8-3 [Attachment Table 4] of the Enforcement Rule of the Act on Persons of Distinguished Service to the State under the delegation
