C On November 24, 2016, the Daegu District Court sentenced one year to imprisonment for a violation of fraud or trademark law, and sentenced Defendant A and B to eight months for each crime of aiding and abetting fraud and aiding and abetting Trademark Violation at the Daegu District Court on June 16, 2017. Each of the above decisions became final and conclusive on June 24, 2017.
1. Defendant C
A. The Defendant, at H stores located in Daegu Suwon-gu F apartment F. F. F. 901 and Daegu Suwon-gu G, committed fraud, with the purport that the Defendant’s handbags attached with a trademark of a fake name is the psyms and syms and syms and syms and syms and syms and syms and syms and syms and syms were sold to the members of the above Internet site that ordered the Defendant to report the writing.

B. From February 2012 to October 14, 2015, the Defendant also posted a letter on the F apartment 901 and G H retail located in Daegu Suwon-gu G G, G, “I, J, K, K, L”, and “M” Internet sites of “I,” “J,” “K,” “L,” and “M,” with the purport that the Defendant is a fluorial book selling a fake name trademark. The Internet also puts a letter on the order to report.
