1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Basic Facts

On April 12, 2003, Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”), and Plaintiff B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) established the manufacturing business of basic chemical substances on January 17, 201 as a corporation, which is engaged in the business of importing and selling products, such as the development and manufacture of composite dysium using fishery aluminium, fishery sium, and sium, etc., from the time of its establishment as a corporation.

E and F, the representative director of the plaintiffs, are simple couple's land, and E and defendant C are private villages.

The Plaintiffs’ working period and work-related duties of the Defendants and E concurrently worked for the manufacturing company in a large-scale city. E retired from office as a company of difficult-proof products, while retired from office around 2003, and thereby establishing Plaintiff A.

On August 19, 2013, Defendant C joined and worked as an employee in charge of Plaintiff B’s business, and on November 1, 2014, Defendant C was in charge of business affairs by changing the affiliation to Plaintiff A, and retired on August 6, 2015.

On October 20, 2014, Defendant D entered the Plaintiff B to take charge of the business affairs, but changed his position to the position of the research institute around 2015, and retired on February 29, 2016.

A pledge of confidentiality of the plaintiffs to maintain confidentiality;

1.With respect to confidential matters which are treated and managed as security in our country, no such information shall be perused, copied, transmitted, etc. for any part of the business with which it is not related to it.

Provided, That where a superior is instructed by an instruction, he/she shall comply with the instructions of his/her superior to perform related work.

2. With respect to affairs pertaining to confidential information among the duties of a person himself/herself, no person, other than his/her superior officer, shall perform the relevant duties, and in the case of his/her external work, he/she shall perform the work after obtaining written or oral permission from the superior officer to his/her superior officer, and in such cases, if any, the leakage of security shall occur;
