A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for robbery by Busan High Court. On August 10, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

On December 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 01:20 on December 1, 2013, 2013, while drinking alcohol together with the victim, the Defendant: (b) reported that the victim was spacking the gold sheet (18K, approximately 3 money) with the market value of the part of the victim; and (c) cut off the property owned by the victim by cutting off the spack so far.
