Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the defendant guilty of the violation of logical and empirical rules and violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, and there were no errors in the misapprehension of legal principles of fraud, such as the fact that the defendant attempted fraud related to the supply of special electric power plant uniforms awarded on November 1, 201 among the facts charged in this case, infringement of trademark rights of AREN, attempted fraud related to the supply of marine gas headquarters blood and time analysis apparatus, attempted fraud related to the supply of marine gas engines for the detection of burialers at the Army Headquarters, attempted fraud related to the supply of the electronic fire-fighting apparatus, and joint intrusion of structure.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
