Judgment

In full view of the various circumstances, where there exist several previous departments for the Defendant, and the sum of the damages incurred by the instant crime was not agreed upon with the victims even in the name of the victims, and other circumstances, including the motive for the instant crime, the circumstances after the instant crime, and the character and conduct of the Defendant, the sentence imposed by the lower court is too unreasonable.

Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
