Plaintiff
A owns one half of the 595 square meters of forest land C in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun (hereinafter “1 real estate in this case”) and 2,718 square meters of forest land E (hereinafter “2 real estate in this case”) and one half of the 2,718 square meters of forest land in this case, and the Plaintiff B owns the remainder of 1/2 of the instant real estate in this case.
F is an agricultural infrastructure managed by the Defendant and the official name was “G”, and around 1964, F was constructed in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, etc.
(hereinafter referred to as "the instant I". Among the instant 1 real estate, 336 square meters and 2,462 square meters among the instant 2 real estate are incorporated into the instant I's bank and the instant I's bank and the instant I's land.
