1. The defendant shall pay 160,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 2, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

On January 15, 2017, the Plaintiff leased “D Apartment E on Land, other than Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 160,000,000, and 24 months from February 14, 2017 to February 13, 2019, respectively, the lease contract was terminated on February 13, 2019 by the Plaintiff’s refusal to renew the contract and expiration of the period. The Plaintiff delivered the leased object to the Defendant on August 1, 2019, without dispute between the parties, or by taking full account of the overall purport of arguments as stated in subparagraphs 1 through 7, and thus, the Defendant, a lessor, is obligated to refund the lease deposit to the Plaintiff as the lessee at the rate of 160,000,000,000, and damages for delay from August 21, 2019 to the day following the delivery date of the leased object to the Plaintiff at the rate of 160,000 to August 21, 2019.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
