Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on April 21, 2017, 2017, 573, was under the influence of alcohol from the victim G (54 tax) (the police officer of the Jinju Police Station F District) who is the police officer of the F District of the Jinju Police Station, while operating the E Sovia in front of the D cafeteria located in Jinju City, 21:30, 2017.
