Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution due to a violation of road traffic law at the Incheon District Court on March 16, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 24, 2016.

On June 13, 2014, around 00:45 on June 13, 2014, the Defendant driven approximately 400 meters from the street near the Incheon Nam-gu public health clinic to the 719 old-gu old-gu old-age road.
