1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months;
2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 23, 2015, the Defendant, at around 15:50 on November 23, 2015, filed a complaint with the victim D (39 years of age) who is the manager of the said hotel at the 1st floor of C hotel located in Busan Shipping Daegu B, the Defendant, “I wish to file a complaint with the staff because I had done an unjust act in this hotel around 2013.
