Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on June 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by avoiding disturbance for about 15 minutes on the part of the victim, including: (b) the victim C (at the age of 54) wn tobacco to the restaurant operated by Kimhae-si B; and (c) the victim wn the wn to the wn for about 20 minutes, “the wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn wn of this opening; and (d) continuously engaging in the wn wn for about 15 minutes on the same day.”
