Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2016, around 14:30 on May 25, 2016, the Defendant entered the victim D's house of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul underground 102, with the intent to steal the property by using the cres without the victim, and went to the wind, which was discovered by the victim of the victim's own possession of the property to be stolen at that place, and attempted to escape.
