Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2016, at around 10:15, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a two-wheeled vehicle of about 1 km from the south Dong-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City, to the 3rd-distance road at the entrance of a water zone located in the same Gu and fisheries Dong, from around 1 km section to the 250cc two-wheeled vehicle of about 250cc.
