1. Basic facts

A. On October 7, 2008, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured on October 7, 2008 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. From November 24, 2008 to February 11, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 19,113,236 in total from the Plaintiff on the ground that the Defendant had been hospitalized for 308 days in total, as shown in attached Table 2, over a total of 21 days, as the insurance money under the instant insurance contract.
