Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “C,” from Bupyeong-si B and 3rd.

1. No one shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel sexual traffic in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic;

Nevertheless, from April 24, 2019 to May 2, 2019, the Defendant had D, a female employee, engage in the act of similarity by giving the sexual organ of customers to see it.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. No person in violation of the Educational Environment Protection Act shall conduct business in which sexual acts or acts of similarity are likely to be done by dividing with smuggling, sealed space or partitions, or installing similar facilities in an educational environment protection zone;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the date and time stated in Paragraph 1, had about 181 meters away from the “E kindergarten” and had 4 smuggling, shower room, one shower room, and one stop room in educational environment protection area, and had female employees act similar to other sex buyers who found the place, such as Paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed acts prohibited in educational environment protection zones.
