The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

The summary order subject to review and the summary of the facts charged of the summary order (the Gunsan Support of the Jeonju District Court) subject to review is against the restriction on the temporary operation of cargo drivers belonging to the summary order (the order) and the summary of the charges of the summary order subject to review: (a) 94Da3495 B C on July 27, 1994; (b) 1994/03/05 21:07 on July 11, 1995; (c) 95Da2253 B on July 11, 1995; (d) 1994/11/02: 15:49 on July 14, 1995; and (e) 201Hun-Ga24 on December 29, 2011, the employee of the corporation under Article 45 of the former Criminal Procedure Act, which was an agent of the defendant, shall also be punished by a fine under Article 58 of the Act, which was amended by the Act No. 1545.
