A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a singing practice room business operator who operates a camba in the Gyeonggi-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seongbuk-gu B.

1. Violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act;

A. On October 27, 2018, when a karaoke machine business operator was prohibited from allowing a juvenile to enter a singing room, the Defendant, at around 03:00, allowed the juvenile to enter D (17), E (18), F (18), G (18), and H (18) in the singing room.

B. Even if a singing practice room business operator was prohibited from selling or providing alcoholic beverages, the Defendant, at the same time and time as indicated in the above paragraph (a), sold to the said juveniles a total of KRW 40,000 per alcoholic beverage by 40,000 per alcoholic beverage in a singing room.

2. No person who violates the Juvenile Protection Act shall sell to juveniles drugs, etc. harmful to juveniles;

Nevertheless, the Defendant sold 10 to 5 juveniles, who are harmful drugs to juveniles, at the same time and time as described in the first clause, at the singing room, ten to 40,000.

3. To the extent that the facts charged does not disadvantage the defendant’s exercise of his/her right of defense, part of the charges are modified ex officio according to facts obtained through the examination of evidence, without any changes in the indictment, to the extent that it does not constitute a disadvantage.

The Defendant, at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, sent the victim G’s bucks inside of the victim G in the instant singing room by hand, stored the bucks inside of the victim G with his hand, and met the victim’s sexual flag once at the bottom of the Ban, and tried to talk with the victim’s chests by raising the victim H’s Twitts, and the victim’s inner buckbucks suffered by bucks are limited to the victim E’s hand, and the victim’s sexual flag was limited to one time at the bottom of the half.

4. The Defendant injured the victim E and the victim G by assaulting the victim E and the victim G within the victim E and the victim G within the victim’s singing room with the date and time set forth in paragraph 1(a).
