A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On May 27, 2015, the Defendant entered into an entrustment management contract with B (representative C; hereinafter referred to as “B”) and was operating D treatment 25 tons of a truck by placing it into the said company from around that time, and was demanded from B to request B to return the registration number plate attached to the said truck by notifying the termination of the contract and demanding B to return the registration number plate of the vehicle attached to the said truck on June 3, 2016.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not return the above car truck registration number plate B, and the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Defendant as Seoul Eastern District Court 2016Kadan3302 against the Seoul Eastern District Court.

On March 22, 2017, the above court rendered a judgment that “the procedure for ownership transfer registration due to the termination of the above consignment management contract shall be taken over on June 3, 2016 with respect to the above truck,” and on March 27, 2017, the judgment was served on the defendant and the above judgment became final and conclusive on April 11, 2017.

B, on May 30, 2017, based on the above final judgment, transferred the name of the above car truck to the defendant, changed the number of the D and requested the return of the registration number plate on the above vehicle to the defendant continuously notify the defendant of the change and cancellation of the number D.

As above, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that the vehicle registration number of D cannot be cancelled by filing an application for change or cancellation of the vehicle number in B, operated the said car model with the automobile registration number plate attached to the Highway from the Highway from Yanananan-Yansan Highway around July 23, 2017, and from Gwangju on July 28, 2017 to Yansan Tolsan in Gwangju on July 29, 2017, around July 29, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant used the automobile registration number plate unlawfully.

2. The Defendant, on January 16, 2018, is an “E” which brokers the transport of cargo at an inorganic place.
