The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted Defendants of the fraud of promissory notes discount among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds that there was no proof of the relevant crime.

In light of the records, the above judgment of the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the violation of the capital increase law or the deception or the relation of fraud, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
