A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of two thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant would sell golf bonds to the victim D in the “C” indoor golf practice place located in Youngyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, which he works as a golf instructor.

The phrase “ makes a false statement.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the injured party, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to purchase golf bonds with the injured party.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 7 million won from the Defendant’s national bank account (Account Number: E) to the Defendant’s national bank account in the same place, and received 8.8 million won in total over four times, such as the first one in the List of Crimes 1.

B. On July 13, 2015, the Defendant received the said golf practice hall from G from the victim F in the golf practice site as stated in the above paragraph (a).

If you lend money to B, you will pay the principal with the profit.

The phrase “ makes a false statement.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not take over the above golf practice course from G and did not have any intention or ability to complete payment even if he borrowed money from the injured party.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received a total of KRW 9 million, including KRW 7 million on July 13, 2015, and KRW 2 million on July 15, 2015, from the victim’s national bank account (Account Number E) from the victim, and acquired the victim by transfer.

2. On June 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the golf practice center office of No. 1-A around June 4, 2015, the Defendant sent KRW 190,300 from the Defendant’s Saemaul Bank Account (Account Number: H) to the gambling site account; and (b) the Defendant sent KRW 190,300 to the gambling site account; and (c) by accessing the Internet gambling site “I” website and receiving the two card from Down if the total number of card numbers is 21,00,000, from June 4, 2015 to July 30, 2015.
