Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Jung-gu District Court on June 2, 2008, and KRW 1.5 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on August 9, 2017.

On May 2, 2020, the Defendant driven an Eschton car in the state of alcohol with approximately 0.066% alcohol concentration in the section of approximately 1 kilometer from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Yangju-si B to the front of D in Yangju-si.

On June 2, 2008, the Defendant was charged with non-detained on June 2, 2008 with a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On August 9, 2017, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 for the same crime.

At around 07:10 on August 17, 2020, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license in the section of about 10km from the front of the Gyeonggi-si to the front of the F apartment at the Government of Gyeonggi-si, and operated a G-learning car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.246%.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

At around 07:23, 2020, the Defendant driven a Glearning car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front day of the Gyeonggi-do Yangju-si to the front day of the J cafeteria located in I in the Gyeonggi-do Yangju-si.
