A. The Plaintiff shares the shares of 167/916, the Plaintiff B’s shares of 95/916, the shares of 95/916, the shares of 191/916, the shares of 191/916 of Defendant C and D, the shares of 191/916, and the remaining Defendants, who are the successors of the networkO, share of 272/916.

B. The instant land is a relatively flat site abutting on the road, and there seems to be no particular difference in the market price depending on the location within the land.
