Reasons
1. Facts charged;
The defendant is the head of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, B apartment C Dong, and the complainant D (V, 44) is the representative of the above apartment Cdong.
Around 19:00 on July 29, 2020, the Defendant insultd the complainant by openly humiliating the complainant on the ground that the complainant ceases to speak of the Defendant, among six representatives of the head of the above apartment management office E and the occupants in the above apartment management office, on the ground that the complainant was heard.
