[Criminal record] On November 8, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Suwon District Court Sejong District Court on November 8, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 23, 2013.

1. On August 24, 2016, the Defendant would have the victim D, who had been a customer, employed the young children in Samsung Construction, from the mutual influent point of view of the Defendant’s operation, around 24, 2016.

In that sense, I made a false statement to the effect that the Plaintiff did not have a company’s work experience and did not transfer money to the Plaintiff.

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he thought that the above money was used as personal living expenses, and he did not have any intention or ability to allow the injured party to find employment in the above company because he did not know at all the person attending Samsung Construction.

The Defendant received 90,000,000 won from the Defendant’s father E bank account (F) in the name of his father, who was employed by the Defendant for the same day as the victim’s employment mediation.

2. On August 30, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The victim would have employed the victim’s children to Samsung Construction” using the victim’s belief that he/she would have employed the victim’s children in Samsung Construction, as described in paragraph 1, at around 30,016.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he was thought to use the said money in the name of personal living expenses, there was no intention or ability to read for the injured party's children, and there was no intention or ability to allow the injured party to take a job.

The defendant received 1,000,000 won from the victim's father E bank account (F) on the same day.

3. On September 12, 2016, the Defendant is at the office of the trade name of the Defendant’s operation in Jeju-si, Incheon-si.
