1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years;

2. The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant sent a phone call to “E” in the vicinity of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D market, and called “E” on the front of the road, and the Defendant tried to rape the Victim F (name, age 19) who was going through the spot.
