1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B and Defendant H Agricultural Cooperatives jointly share KRW 2,00,000 and the same on September 24, 2014.

Facts of recognition

Defendant B, C, D, and E worked for Defendant H Agricultural Cooperative (hereinafter “Defendant HF”), and Defendant F and G worked for Defendant I Agricultural Cooperative (hereinafter “Defendant IF”).

On February 17, 2012, the Plaintiff was issued the Plaintiff’s financial transaction inquiry details from January 1, 2010 to February 10, 2012.

As between May 23, 2013 and September 23, 2014, Defendant B connected to the computer network containing individual financial transaction information, etc. at HFK branch in Chungcheongnam-nam, and inquired the Plaintiff of the details of the Plaintiff’s domestic credit card approval transaction twice through two times without the Plaintiff’s consent to collect personal information. From June 26, 2013 to September 23, 2014, Defendant B inquired of the Plaintiff’s subsequent 24 statements of transactions from June 26, 2013 to September 23, 2014.

On January 20, 2014, Defendant C connected the computer network containing individual financial transaction information, etc. from HFF L L in GFFK, and inquired into three cases of the Plaintiff’s credit card domestic approval transaction without the Plaintiff’s consent to collect personal information.

On April 24, 2014, Defendant D connected the computer network containing personal financial transaction information, etc. at HFK branch and inquired of the Plaintiff’s “personal customer new customer information” without the Plaintiff’s consent to collect personal information.

Around March 26, 2013, Defendant E had access to the computer network containing individual financial transaction information, etc. from HFF, and had access to the customer information “new customer information” without the Plaintiff’s consent to collect personal information. Around October 7, 2013, Defendant E inquiredd the Plaintiff’s receipt information, insurance account information, representative customer list (LIT), and personal new information. Around January 21, 2014, Defendant E inquiredd the Plaintiff’s receipt information, card information, representative customer list (LIT), and personal new information.

Defendant F is on the computer computer network which contains personal financial transaction information, etc. from November 18, 2013 to November 20, 2013 in Hongcheon-gun M.
