1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

(a)to cooperate with each other as much as possible with respect to the following matters, so as to bring mutual benefits to the greatest extent possible:

1. Planning and development of products for each J-Sin PPP;

2. Production and production management of J samples;

3. J home shopping business.

4. J marina and department stores, and other K (Compilation stores);

5. Publicity of J projects and other necessary public relations and planning;

6. Market surveys;

7. Research and study for feasibility review of J-related new projects;

Article 3 (Methods of Conducting Business) (3) Expenses incurred in relation to the performance of partnership affairs shall be borne under the conditions as agreed upon by A.

(4) A shall pay B expenses of KRW 1.5 million (including VAT) on the 15th of each month, and B shall issue a tax invoice on the 10th of each month to B.

J. A bears the cost of sampling and production into the product planning and development, and the cost of production.

(5) A shall pay B 15% of the J operating income.

*Business profits = Sales - Total production cost - Sales cost

C. Since then, H and the Plaintiffs changed the operating income paid to E on October 4, 2012 to 60%, and ② when E receives a tax invoice after ordering the original unit in the process of manufacturing products, H paid 20% of the ordered amount to E with advance payment within 10 days from H, and 80% of the remainder shall be paid to E in cash for the month received from the Home shopping company to the extent that the total production cost is recovered, and ③ secondary materials and forest processing costs (including customs clearance costs) shall be borne by H, and ④ Additional agreements were concluded to modify the contents of the agreement to the extent that the agreed total production cost is borne by E.

Article 2 (Details of Partnership with Affairs) A (C) of the Agreement shall carry out the following activities in cooperation with B (E) in developing brand projects to J with the right to license:

1. Planning and sale of products for each Si/Gun/Gu area;

2. Home shopping, department stores, specialty stores, etc.
