Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is C University Social Welfare Faculty professor, D is the full-time director of F Co., Ltd., a distributor in Ma in Mapo-si, the representative of F Co., Ltd., and H is the representative of J Co., Ltd., the importing company in I in Ypo-si.

No trader or distributor of trade, goods, etc. shall place a false or misleading mark on the place of origin.

On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) received the request from K to request from Korea for the import of 100,000 US dollars from K to consume; (b) on May 24, 2010, the government was prohibited from taking over all the goods to North Korea, thereby prohibiting the entry into North Korea; (c) on November 2015, the Defendant, who became aware of the date of exchange related to North Korea, imported and processed the goods to D, a director of F Co., Ltd., as a medium country, and requested D to sell them; and (d) introduced H to D, an importer.

D At the request of the defendant, the defendant had the mind to import the shoulder of North Korean acid into China and to purchase it in the process, the representative of the F Co., Ltd. purchase 27 tons of North Korean acids, but it cannot be marked as North Korean acid, so it will import the country of origin into China.

On November 24, 2015, G approved the internal approval of the purchase of the shoulder of North Korea, and D entered into a goods supply contract with H and the amount of 27 tons for the shoulder between H and F and J around November 2015.

H, according to the above commodity supply contract, around December 2015, imported the shoulder from the Hongwon Special Industrial Complex LLC, which is a Chinese intermediary seller, and marked "China" on the outer side of the 45kg 600 unit (total of 27 tons), and the import declaration completion letter also indicated as China, and then imported the customs clearance procedure at Pyeongtaek-si Port around December 24, 2015 after entering into the Pyeongtaek-si Port around December 14, 2015.
