A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Switzerland car.

On February 3, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car on February 21, 2013, and led to a two-lane road in front of the solar house located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, to go about about 20-30 km each hour from the boundary of the Gangnam-gu Hospital to the new wind station.

Since there are crosswalks where signal lights are installed on the front door, there was a duty of care to confirm whether a person engaged in driving service has a way to reduce speed and to see well the right and the right of the front door and the right and the right of the road, and to drive safely according to the new code.
