Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a meat sales and processing business under the trade name of "C" in both countries.

In other words, meat sales processing business operators and their employees shall record the kinds, quantities, origin, individual identification numbers (or import and distribution identification numbers) and purchasing places of meat or packaged meat in the transaction details pursuant to Article 31 (2) of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act with respect to the purchase of meat or packaged meat, and keep the record thereof.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not record and keep the kinds, quantities, origin, individual identification numbers (or import and distribution identification numbers) of meat or packaging meat in the transaction details from C, January 26, 2015 to July 24, 2015 after the commencement of the business on the transaction details from January 26, 2015.
