Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a C rocketing car with alcohol content of at least 0.085% from the Hanwon parking lot located in the Southern-gu, Seoul-gu, to the front road of the moving elementary school in the same location; (b) from around 50 meters, the Defendant driven a C rocketing car with alcohol content of at least 0.085%.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On July 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol, as described in paragraph 1 of around 17:00, and led the Defendant to drive the vehicle in front of an elementary school moving in south-gu at the port of port to the passage of the moving distance from the Hanwon parking lot at the port of Han-gu.
