1. All the primary and conjunctive lawsuits of this case shall be dismissed.

2. The litigation costs are R. which is represented by the Plaintiff’s representative.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 4, 1981, with respect to the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”), registration of preservation of ownership was completed for each one-third share in U, V, and Defendant G’s name under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3094, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).

U died on April 19, 2005, and the defendant B, C, D, E, and F, who is his lineal descendant, succeeded to 2/57 shares of each of the land of this case.

B. The registration of preservation of ownership was completed for each 1/4 share in the name of W, J (the name of Dong, Defendant J), X, and DefendantO under the Act on Special Measures on July 10, 1981 with respect to the land listed in attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant land 2”).

W died on June 1, 2001, and W, Defendant H, the wife of W, inherited 3/60 of the instant land, and Defendant I, J, K, L, M, and N, the lineal descendant of W, respectively, inherited 2/60 of the instant two land.

C. The registration of ownership transfer was completed for each 1/3 share in the name of W, J, and Defendant P under the Act on Special Measures on March 5, 1981 on March 1, 1973 with respect to the land listed in the separate sheet No. 3 (hereinafter “instant three land”).

W died on June 1, 2001, and W, Defendant H, the wife of W, succeeded to 3/45 of the instant land, and Defendant I, J, K, L, M, and N, the lineal descendant of W, Defendant I, J, K, L, M and N, respectively, of the instant three land.

Attached Form

On March 1, 1973 with respect to the land listed in the list No. 4 (hereinafter referred to as “instant 4 land”), the registration of ownership transfer was completed for each 1/3 share in the name of W, U, and J under the Act on Special Measures for the Development of Korea on May 6, 1981.

W died on June 1, 2001, and W, Defendant H, the wife of W, succeeded to the respective 2/45 shares among the three land of this case, and Defendant I, J, K, L, M, and N, the lineal descendant of W, Defendant I, J, K, L, M and N, respectively.

U died on April 19, 2005, and Defendant B, C, D, E, and F, a lineal descendant of U, respectively, share 2/57 of the land of this case.
