The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental appellate briefs not timely filed).

Examining the evidence of the first instance court’s adoption maintained by the lower court, it is justifiable for the lower court to have found the Defendant guilty of all the facts charged of the instant case on the grounds as indicated

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts or by misapprehending the relevant legal principles by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
