Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of three years for special larceny, etc. in the Daejeon District Court’s support on April 10, 2015, and on October 12, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Juvenile Prison on October 12, 2017.

1. Larceny;

2. On February 26, 2018, the Defendant attempted to steals property over 11 times in total in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table on the same day, but failed to achieve such intent, on the same day, the Defendant attempted to steals property over 11 times in total in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes on the same day, in order to find out the Y-type car owned by the victim G and to steal the property located in the said car.

3. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On February 26, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on a motor vehicle on or around 04:30, driving a DNA siren car at the Cheongdong-dong 511 underground parking lot located in the Seodong-dong Daejeon Seodong-gu, Daejeon Pungdong-gu up to the 106-dong 2nd underground parking lot.
