1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the above defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 high-level 11, 15] Defendant C is a preliminary candidate for the AJ (the 6th nationwide election) from April 11, 2014 to April 23, 2014, and was registered as a candidate on April 11, 2014, and reported to the election campaign manager of the AJ as the candidate on May 15, 2014. Defendant A retired as a public official of the AJ on December 31, 2013. Defendant D was a person who was in the position of " female head of women's office" in charge of overall management of female election campaign workers. Defendant B was a person who was in the position of the AJ's non-official election campaign worker, who was in the position of " female head of women's office" in charge of election campaign activities, and Defendant B was a person who was in the position of the AJ's telephone campaign team leader in charge of telephone promotion activities for the AJ and election campaign for the 196th national election.

In the intra-party competition for which voting rights are granted to any party member and any non-party member, the political party shall not conduct an competition campaign using methods prescribed by the Public Official Election Act, 9cm in length, 5cm in width or appeal for support, the method by which any competition candidate reports his name, photograph and other matters necessary for public relations, the method by which any competition candidate distributes one kind of publicity materials prepared by any competition candidate only once in any political party, and any way other than holding a joint speech meeting or a joint debate in any political party shall not conduct any competition campaign, and anyone shall not make, or have any person make, any act of making contributions to the candidate or his/her political party with respect to the election, and with the intention of getting any competition candidate elected as a candidate or preventing any person from being elected as a candidate in connection with the intra-party competition or getting any competition elector to vote for him/her or preventing any competition elector from voting for any other person.
