1. Defendant C, who works as the chief of H hospital management office in Syang-si G on August 11, 2012, was the victim B (the victim B(the age of 43) while drinking alcohol at H hospital around the 5th day of the same month in order for the victim B (the age of 43) to be aware of the disturbance at H hospital.
